I’ve had the privilege of working for IPE from day one and have loved every minute! Working in the industry since 2011, I’m invigorated by the diversity that comes with logistics and planning, keeping details organized and staying on budget. The most rewarding part for me is attending local events and seeing our client and their guests leaving with a big smile!
Hosting, organizing, and planning events is something I enjoy doing in my job, as well as outside of it. My family and friends love that calendars and I have such a close relationship — tell me any event date and I’ll remember it. Whether I’m working on a product launch or a roadshow, notebooks, lists, and sticky notes always help me succeed! I’m married to my high-school sweetheart, and we have two precious girls. Some of my favorite things are dance parties in the living room, romantic walks down the Target aisle (ha!), working out and hosting friends in my home.

Coming from a background in non-profit communications and events, I geek out with checklists and process flows and genuinely love connecting with people. Together these two traits have allowed me to focus my Type-A personality into a career of helping businesses turn their meeting needs into thoughtful events! Whether I’m organizing a corporate event or structuring IPE’s social media, my passion for planning stems from knowing that God calls us to use our talents to make a difference in the world (1 Peter 4:10).
My personal relationship with Jesus defines everything I am and do! My husband and I live in the Central Valley of California, and we enjoy serving and deepening connections through our local church. When I’m not exercising my planning prowess, you’ll likely find me hosting an event for our family and friends, walking my two dogs, or finding an adventure with my husband somewhere around the world! In my previous life, I was a high-level competitive gymnast; nowadays I enjoy a great many activities, from reading and traveling, to working out, snowboarding, hiking or fishing!

Krysta Clark | Event Coordinator
I’ve spent eight years in the golf industry, getting to know the ins and outs of events. Transitioning from playing tournaments to being a tournament director, I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to give excellent customer service. Through effectively communicating and coordinating details, I aim to bring a winning mindset to every event!
Since joining IPE in the fall of 2018, I’ve been loving every minute of the corporate events world. The administrative “behind-the-scenes” environment is where I thrive — I love carving out routines and getting to know the details. My niche at IPE is working with event vendors and venues, scouting and booking locations, food, and entertainment, and helping to keep each event on track. If you can’t reach me on my phone, you’ll usually find me in the mountains hiking, on a boat fishing or on a course, playing a round of golf!
